 "Upon graduating high school, I began my journey at The Ole Homeplace as an Attendant Care Aide. During that time, I had the pleasure of developing close bonds with two particular Participants. Our relationships felt more like friendships, where I simply enjoyed spending time with them. Following my experience in the field, I transitioned to the role of Attendant Care Coordinator, which has brought me even greater fulfillment. My previous field experience greatly informs and enhances my current role as Coordinator. It is truly rewarding to support numerous individuals simultaneously and play a part in facilitating their daily lives."
