I started Case Management with The Ole Homeplace in 2019. Working in case management has been an incredibly rewarding experience for me. I truly enjoy working with people of all ages, backgrounds, and cultures on the waiver program. Every day presents an opportunity to make an impact by helping people navigate challenges while supporting their ability to remain safely and independently in their homes. Building relationships with participants, understanding their individual needs, and coordinating the right services empowers them to maintain both their health and quality of life. Every day brings an opportunity to advocate, problem solve, and make a lasting difference in someone's life!
